Position
Working at their Melbourne CDB location, this role will expose to multiple takes such as customers service, billing, account management, retention, customer transfers, and reactive sales (inbound). You need to be customer focused, flexible, team orientated, show initiative and desire success.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you must demonstrate that you really have the motivation and desire to succeed. Electricity industry experience is not essential but preferred. Your attitude, work ethics and ability to communicate well face to face and via phone is what you really need to bring to this exciting role. An understanding of excel/word is also necessary. If you have experience in a call centre environment, have strong job tenure and can work in the CDB, than this is a role you must consider.
Salary
The package will include $45K base + Super + Bonuses. Currently their are consultants earning on average $800-1000 per month on top of their salary with some earning up to $1600 per month.
This is not a sales role! It is very much customer service orientated but all consultants help take inbound sales enquiries – each inbound sales receives a cash incentive as expressed above.
