Our client is a Global provider of a wide range of consulting expertise in design and construction services relating to the areas of environment, earth, and energy. They have a strong exposure in the WA mining industry and are currently looking to expand and develop their Geochemical services here.
They are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Senior Geochemist to join their Water Group which is 3 Geochemists and 24 staff strong. For this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience with Acid Rock Drainage, geochemical test programs, water quality modelling and treatment
- Business development and training / mentoring of junior staff
- Demonstrate knowledge and be able to apply strong business ethics, health, safety and environmental principles
- Knowledge of ARD Australian and International regulations
- Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry or Geology.
For this position consulting experience is highly regarded but if you have the relevant academic experience then you will also be considered. Ideally you will have excellent technical experience and communication skills, with some managerial experience.
