The role predominantly entails demonstrating high levels of initiative and technical competence to communicate and collaborate closely with your highly valued clients and provide leading edge support. If you are bored by only raising and closing tickets for a living this could be your smooth transition to also test the waters in client facing duties amongst your technical expertise.
The talented professional for this role must possess core skills across:
- Microsoft Systems
- Server Migration
- Virtualisation technologies
- SANs (EMC preferable)
- Network and Wireless technologies (preferably Aruba)
- CRM Systems
