Customer Service / Administration Officer
Our client is one of a kind, they are currently looking for a Customer Service/Administration Officer that can bring something new to the table.
The role entails elements of Customer Service and Administration.
Your day to day duties will include but not limited to;
- Filing
- Taking inbound calls
- Contacting external Endorsers via email/telephone
- Document Verification
- Customer Service - face to face
- Explanation of the applicationprocess to potential/existing candidates
This role can be a fast paced role where you will need to be able to think on your feet.
You will have an ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. You will have excellent computer skills and have an ability to learn quickly and absorb knowledge like a sponge. High attention to detail is a must!
