Contracts Manager - Saudia Arabia

Our client is a global construction consultancy which is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia to work on a large power project.

Candidates must have a B.S. or higher (QS Degree preferred) and be a Member of RICS
Member of MCIArb qualification is preferred

You will have at least 2 projects of Contract Administration is required, and preferably in Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Responsibilities:

• Resolution of dispute with Client
• Experiences of Arbitration and Lawsuit
• Negotiation with Client
• Managing Claim issue against Client and Subcontractors
• Defense against consequential damages and other concerned contractual works
