Human Resources Manager, Taiwan

Our client is a global FMCG companies that requires and experienced Human Resources Manager to work with the business to enhance organizational effectiveness and competitiveness .

You will be responsible for providing HR leadership and support programs that are aligned to the company direction.

Key Accountabilities

• Recommend options and solutions in restructuring the organization.
• Support specific HR Objectives by working with managers on organization excellence.
• Enhance communication, ensure that managers comply with locally relevant laws and practices,
• Investigate, respond to and resolve issues impacting corporate policy/code of business conduct and/or country labor laws.
• Ensure that the Company’s global processes are utilized effectively.
• Focus on selection of individuals with potential for future opportunities and development.
• Manage the compensation program and reward system, support and manage annual salary administration and other compensation processes.
• Facilitate the delivery of training to employees and management in critical areas.
• Lead and ensure implementation of corporate HR initiatives and projects for Taiwan
• Oversee administration matters including housekeeping, security, transportation etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business administration or any related fields
• 8 years of direct experience in Human Resource function
• Exposure to international management methodology and leadership style
• Good command of written and spoken English
