Regional Real Estate Transaction Director – Client Side

A global financial institution requires a regional director to manage its real estate portfolio and transactions across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lease Advisory
• Transaction Management
• Liaising with local brokers and key stakeholders
• Real estate strategy

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of property lease and transaction experience within Asia
• Strong and proven management skills
• Previous experience working in a similar role either client side or with a property service provider
