Our client is a leading Hong Kong Luxury Mixed Use Property Developer with projects across Asia.
We are looking for an experience GENERAL MANAGER to take charge of their latest LANDMARK development in China.
Candidate will have:
- 15 year experience in General Management related to the Property / Retail Sector.
- A proven track record in managing large scale mixed use developments.
- Had exposure to Food & Beverage, Resorts and Retail clientele.
- Strong Financial Management skills.
- Have managed a P&L.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
Candidate will have to be stationed in China 100% of the time with occasional travel to Hong Kong for board meetings.
