Our client is an emerging multi disciplined engineering & project delivery consultancy providing excellent engineering services to the minerals processing industry. With 110 staff on board and an exciting portfolio of local & international gold & copper minerals processing projects, they continue to be an respected provider of complete services to both brownfields and greenfields projects.
Currently engaged in exciting local & international gold & copper mineral processing plant projects, they now require a Lead Mechanical Designer to join the Perth team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years + experience as a Mechanical Designer with formal drafting qualifications
- Previous EPCM experience essential and a track record across plant layouts
- Previous gold, copper or nickel project experience an advantage
- Strong Auto CAD & Microstation experience required. 3D design skills & materials handling experience a key requirement
- Excellent team skills and a high attention to detail required
- Excellent communication skills and decision making skills required
- Solid leadership skills
