Assistant Facility Manager / Senior Facility Officer

Our Client is a leading facilities management company in Hong Kong and China seeking an Assistant Facility Manager / Senior Facility Officer.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure that the project operation is managed up to the company standard
* Set up standard procedures & control systems and ensure team compliance
* Manager the contractor performance
* Handle staff management and development
* Be responsible for the financial management of project being managed
* Establish good relationship with the client by regular meeting and reporting. Etc
* Report to the Operations Manager


Requirements:

* Graduate preferably in a facility, property or construction related discipline and a member of a relevant professional organization(IFMA, HKIFM, BIFM, HKIS, RICS, MCIH, MHKIH, etc.)
* At least 5 years??? experience in related field with at least 2 years??? experience in supervisory grade is required
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English
* Strong leadership, confident and presentable
* Outgoing, self-motivated and analytical

Less experience will be consider as Senior Facility Officer
