My client is a global provider of sustainable solutions and carbon reduction programs. The business designs, implements, tracks and finances sustainable projects with a particular focus on Building Technology, Lighting, Solar, Wind Generation and Tri Generation projects.
Due to growth they are looking for an Electrical Auditor for the Melbourne business. This person will meet with the client once initial discussions have been held to assess what services can be offered.
Specs for the role / candidate include:
- Electrical license
- Demonstrated ability in using Excel spreadsheets
- Skills in reading & interpreting electrical lighting drawings.
- The ability to provide attention to detail when required.
- Experience in the identification of installed luminaires
- Ability to conduct lighting audits on site, identify different lightfitting/lamp types & understand the performance of existing luminaries.
- Able to use current technology to gather data from site audits
- Customer focused with excellent customer presentation skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate lighting ideas & concepts to customers
- An interest in lighting design is preferable
The ideal candidate will come from an electrical (trade or design) background, and have good communication & presentation.
