Our Client is a leader within the telecommunications sector and are looking for Internal Sales/Account Managers to increase their sales team to accommodate growth plans.
This is a reputable company who have a large database of clients to service and promote further products to some of Australia's leading companies.
Their areas of specialisation include fixed line, mobile, broadband and wireless broadband provision.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Contacting existing customers to promote a wide range of products
- Some inbound calls will be taken to support the inbound team at busy times
- Ensure cross-selling/up-selling opportunities are maximized
- Achieving set KPIs
What you'll need:
- The ability to build rapport with clients

- Sales experience-ideally telesales/internal sales
