Command Group has been engaged to source an experienced Structures Foreman for a well known tier 1 builder.

The business has been in operation for 65 years and are responsible for many CBD landmarks you walk or drive past every day. They believe in providing a rewarding environment for their employee’s and are consistently setting the benchmark for work / life balance within the construction industry.

After a long wait they were recently awarded a $210m CBD project that has major structural elements, and as such require an experienced Structures Foreman to get it out of the ground.

You will have a tier 1 or 2 background, and have extensive knowledge of structures that you will use to keep the program on track on the way to topping out.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of piling & formwork (or structures) subcontractors
  • Providing buildability advice to solve on site structure related issues
  • Maintaining a site diary & ensuring OHS & IR regulations are met.


The successful candidate will be provided a salary of $170k - $190k Pkg along with the guarantee of a minimum 3 years work. As already mentioned my client provides an industry leading work / life balance and extensive training & development for those that want it.
